Where do we store your data?
The data we collect about you is stored within the European Union or within the EEA. Any transfer of your personal data will be made in accordance with applicable laws. For transfers outside the EEA, SHAREMUSIC! will use Model Contractual Clauses on data protection adopted by the European Commission and the EU-US Privacy Shield as a safeguard for transfers to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate, including the right to complete incomplete data. If you have a SHAREMUSIC! account, you can edit your personal data in your SHAREMUSIC! account and on the subscription pages.

You have the right to obtain without undue delay the deletion of any of your personal data processed by SHAREMUSIC! at any time, except in the following situations:
* you have a pending issue with Customer Service;
* has a pending order or a pending project;
* has an outstanding debt with SHAREMUSIC! regardless of the method of payment;
* you are suspected or confirmed to have misused our services in the last four years;
* your debt has been referred to a third party in the last three years, or in the last year in the case of deceased clients;
